Unless she's learnt her own name... well, half of it: Till-"ee"! (Tilly)
Or perhaps she already knows the fifth letter of the alphabet.
Or, is there just a chance, she's trying to announce who's number was picked to adopt Potato:

Woohoo :D! Potato is going to have the best life over here in London. I know a small person very excited to be meeting a new little friend. Let us know which flight he'll be on, and we'll meet him at Heathrow with a big 'Welcome' sign (or maybe we'll just wait for the postman ;))!
