November in Texas, and we're still in summer mode -- afternoons in the sun, eating fresh fruity muffins. These poor little raspberry fellows were made, accidentally, without butter, and were a little disappointing until someone had the genius idea of loading them up with sour cream. Delicious. And, with their little spot of red, I'd say they qualify as a work of art!
